After the content is approved, we build the website in less than 36 hours. You'll review it again before it goes live. At this point, you can share it or email it to anyone you'd like. It just depends on how fast Google discovers it and accepts it in their system. Ranking a website on Google is a progression of building up its popularity - not an event.

Ranking on Google is included in the service.  If you don't want this, the price will be reduced.  Some customers want a website they can reference and send to journalists or use on X (formally Twitter) to challenge a narrative.  Ranking the website is not a requirement.
